Print data specifications
Preferred formats
For best print quality, we recommend vector formats:
- PDF (preferred — high compatibility, vector)
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) — for complex designs
- SVG — for simple graphics
- EPS — for older systems
Raster formats (if no vector available)
If you can only provide raster files (e.g. JPG, PNG, TIFF), please observe:
- Resolution: at least 150 dpi at final format (better 200 dpi for sharp details)
- Colour space: CMYK (not RGB — colours appear differently when printed)
- File format: TIFF or PNG (loss-free) preferred over JPG
Important preparations

| Linked images | Embedded in document |
| Layers | Reduced or flattened |
Standard sizes
For all common formats, we offer free print templates in PDF, AI and SVG: to the print templates. The templates already contain bleed, safety zone and cut markers — ready for your design.
Custom format
For custom sizes (cm-accurate), prepare the file with bleed and safety zone yourself. The final flag size = your file size minus 6 mm (3 mm bleed on each side).
Quality check
Our prepress team checks all files for printability before production. In case of problems (resolution, colour space, missing fonts), we contact you. Production starts only after your release.
