Screen printing — classic for large quantities

Classic printing method with separate screen per colour. Pantone-accurate, UV- and water-resistant, optimal for large quantities of monochrome motifs.

Screen printing creates each colour via a separate screen that transfers the ink onto the fabric. Particularly well suited for simple motifs with exact Pantone colours.

Advantages: exact Pantone accuracy, maximum durability (UV- and water-resistant), economical for large quantities (100+).

Limitations: not for complex motifs or photos. Initial costs for screen production — only economical from a certain quantity.
