2. What data we process
When you visit allesfahnen.ch, we process the following data:
- Visit data — IP address (anonymised), browser, operating system, referring URL, time. Stored for 30 days for security analysis.
- Order data — name, address, e-mail, phone, payment data, order details. Stored for 10 years (Austrian commercial law).
- Customer account data (if registered) — name, address, e-mail, order history, delivery addresses. Deletable on request.
- Contact data — content of your inquiries via contact form or e-mail. Stored as long as necessary for the response, max. 2 years.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use only essential cookies for shop functionality (cart, login, language selection). No third-party tracking, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. Details in our cookie banner on first visit.
4. Recipients of your data
Your data is shared with the following processors:
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (EU + US, GDPR-compliant per SCC)
- Stripe — credit card payment processing (EU + US, GDPR-compliant)
- PayPal — PayPal payment processing (EU + US, GDPR-compliant)
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional e-mails (order confirmation, shipping notification). EU-based.
- GLS / DHL — parcel delivery to Switzerland
No data is sold or passed on for advertising purposes.

- Right to data portability — receive your data in machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right of complaint — at the Austrian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority

8. Swiss DSG (Federal Data Protection Act)
