Right of withdrawal for non-custom products
For non-individualised products in our shop (e.g. flagpoles, accessories without custom imprint, standard-size flags without imprint, transport bags), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

By an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damages and warranty
Statutory warranty rights are not affected by these terms of withdrawal. Defect claims for production errors are valid regardless of the right of withdrawal.
