Delivery time
The exact delivery time is shown per product in the configurator. For most products 5–10 business days standard. Express available for many products (3–5 business days). Production starts only after upload of print data and your release.
Delivery countries
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery to other countries on request.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination canton at checkout. Transparent display before the binding order. For most orders 15–25 CHF.

Customs clearance to Switzerland
Goods are shipped tax-free from Austria and dispatched DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to Switzerland. Customs clearance is handled by us. The Swiss import VAT is collected by the parcel service (GLS/DHL) directly upon delivery.
Important: there is no additional customs clearance flat fee. The parcel service only collects the legally owed Swiss import VAT (8.1% standard, 2.6% reduced).
Delivery
Delivery via GLS or DHL. After dispatch from Vienna, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. Delivery to your specified delivery address. Re-delivery, parcel shop pickup or postal collection on request.
Pickup at warehouse
Self-pickup at our warehouse in Vienna is possible by appointment. Please contact us by e-mail beforehand for a pickup appointment.
Damaged delivery
Please check the parcel for damage upon receipt. In case of damage, accept the goods only with reservation noted by the parcel service and report this immediately to kontakt@allesfahnen.at within 24 hours, including photos.
