Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery to Switzerland take?
The exact lead time is shown per product in the configurator. For most products 5–10 business days standard. Express available for many products.
Do you also deliver to Liechtenstein?
Yes — Liechtenstein is part of our delivery area, same shipping costs and customs clearance procedure as Switzerland.
How are the goods customs-cleared?
We dispatch DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs clearance is handled by us. The Swiss import VAT (8.1% standard, 2.6% reduced) is collected by the parcel service upon delivery.
Are there extra customs clearance fees?
No additional flat fee. The parcel service collects only the legally owed Swiss import VAT — nothing else.
Which parcel service delivers?
GLS or DHL depending on the order. You receive the tracking link by e-mail after dispatch.
Self-pickup possible?
Yes, self-pickup at our warehouse in Vienna by appointment. Please coordinate beforehand.
Express delivery available?
Yes for many products. Exact lead time and surcharge in the configurator.
What if the parcel is damaged?
Accept the parcel only with reservation noted, then report within 24 hours by e-mail to kontakt@allesfahnen.at with photos.
Payment
Which payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, PayPal, and payment by invoice for Swiss business customers with CHE-VAT number. TWINT in setup.
Is credit card payment secure?
Yes — processed via Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Card data is never stored on our servers.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for Swiss business customers with valid CHE-VAT number. Order value at least 200 CHF net. Payment deadline 14 days.
Are prices in CHF or EUR?
All prices on allesfahnen.ch in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment in CHF.
Is VAT included in the price?
No, prices are net (without VAT). Swiss import VAT is collected separately by the parcel service upon delivery.
3D Secure required?
Yes — Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is supported for credit card payments for additional security.
Print data & design
In which format should I provide print data?
Preferably PDF (vector) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai). For raster files: at least 150 dpi at final format, CMYK colour space, fonts converted to outlines.
Do you help with creating the print data?
Yes — our graphics team prepares the print file for you on request. Directly selectable in the product configurator as additional option.
Free print templates?
Yes — for all standard formats, free templates in PDF, AI and SVG available for download.
CMYK or RGB?
CMYK — for print colours. RGB only for screen, RGB files are converted to CMYK before printing (with possible colour shifts).
Bleed and safety zone?
3 mm bleed on all sides, 5 mm safety zone for important elements (logos, text).
Pantone colours possible?
Yes — we work with Pantone reference for exact colour reproduction. Important for corporate-design colours.
Products & quality
Which fabrics do you offer?
Polyester 115g (standard), Premium polyester 155g, ComfortFlag 120g (wind-permeable), Marine flag fabric (highest quality), PVC (for banners).
How long do flags last outdoor?
Standard polyester 1–2 years, premium polyester 2–3 years, marine flag fabric 3–5 years — depending on location and exposure.
UV-stable colours?
Yes — water-based UV-stable inks. No rapid fading even in permanent outdoor use.
Custom sizes possible?
Yes — cm-accurate on request. Just specify the desired size in the configurator or by e-mail.
Minimum order quantity?
From 1 piece. For hand-waving flags from 10 pieces.
Returns & warranty
Can I return custom-printed flags?
Custom-printed products are excluded from withdrawal per § 18 (1) Z 3 FAGG, as they are individual production.
Right of withdrawal for non-custom products?
14 days right of withdrawal for non-individualised products. Details see withdrawal policy.
Warranty for production errors?
Yes — statutory warranty rights apply regardless of withdrawal. In case of production defects, please contact kontakt@allesfahnen.at within 14 days.
How is the warranty refund processed?
Via the same payment method as the original payment. For card payments 5–7 business days, for invoice payment via bank transfer.
Account & orders
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can also order as a guest. With an account: faster checkout, order history, address management.
How do I see my order status?
After ordering you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with tracking link. Logged in: directly in 'My account'.
Can I cancel my order?
Until print data is uploaded and production released — yes. After production start (custom production): no longer possible due to production status.
Where can I see invoices?
After payment confirmation, you receive the invoice as PDF by e-mail. Logged-in customers: also in 'My account'.
